My favorite gum was the stick of gum that came with the football card and baseball card pack.

Simultaneously collecting and selling these.

I'll go with Bubble Tape since big league chew has been mentioned

If balsa wood and chalk could be combined to make gum. It could also serve as a makeshift knife in a pinch.

In my HS years, grape bubble yum mixed with Levi Garrett chewing tobacco. The bubble were mind blowing.

Well, I liked to get Bazooka, for the little-bitty "Bazooka Joe" comic-strip inserts. The gum wasn't all that great, though. Double-Bubble was a bit better, as I recall.
Mostly recall seeing Wrigley's or Beech-Nut gum, at the grocery store. Not really a lot of variety in my corner of the woods.

Came to post this. Cotton Candy Bubble Yum was fire.

Stick gum, I loved Black Jack best - then Juicy Fruit.
Bubble gum? I loved those gum cigars posted above here and the trick or treat gums you got as a kid, or from pillaging from my own kids.
Then there were the penny gumballs from those machines. A whole other world of gummy delight.
