Can we please get John Brady and Butch Pierre back!

I know we went to the final four in 2005-2006 season but that 1999-2000 team will always have a special place in my heart.

Same here. I idolized stro when I was younger playing AAU. Didn't have his hops though.

I met Stro a few years ago. He seemed like a really good dude. He owned some trucking company at the time, iirc.

They literally got the absolute worst draw imaginable having to deal with Wisconsin in Albuquerque in the Sweet 16. They were a horrible matchup for us.

I've been a fan since 1977. If you look back over the years, we've gotten SCREWED way more times in the seeding than any time we may have caught a break.

I believe the NCAA has had it out for LSU all the way back to Dale's days, and it continued on through Wade.

It would be great to have bad seeding problems back though, as opposed to the abomination of a program we have now.

The NCAA was definitely biased against Dale, especially after he publicly called the “gestapo bastards”. It’s one of the reasons I loved Dale in his prime.
