You don’t just waltz into Estadio Cibao and come out with a win. Austin just doesn’t have the horses to run with power house Violette AC.

Marseille would lose by 5 goals in Haiti

One shot on goal the whole game? I don't get this attitude that MLS teams have where they play full A teams in international competition. Whats the point of playing 4 starters?

It’s embarrassing that your “B Team” can’t get results against these types of teams. You play professional soccer with some of the finest facilities in the world and these guys are construction workers during the day.

So embarrassing for Austin. Can’t wait for the Bravas to beat that arse in the Leagues Cup.

Bc MLS sides lack serious depth

And they are already suspect defensively

So their reserves are even worse

Facilities don’t make your player pool better

Decent half for OC in Monterrey. Don’t have much of an attack but the defense has been stout. Some chances on the counter but just a tad off on them.

I expect Tigres to push forward hard to get a goal so the counter will be there.

Great 0-0 win for Orlando on the road! Someone had to represent MLS decently tonight.

I’m so excited for the League’s Cup. The fact the leagues are pausing games for it means everyone should take it seriously. I think it’ll be massive for MLS if they can string together some wins, which they should.

This in cool. Similar to hockey with OT points.
quote:

in the group stage, and in the case of a tie, a point will be given to each team that will then fight for an additional point in a penalty shootout.

This explains how Portland has 2 home games.

quote:

MLS vs Liga MX (group stage and knockout round): Hosted by MLS team involved.

MLS vs MLS (group stage): Hosted by the team with a higher 2022 Supporters' Shield ranking.

MLS vs MLS (round of 32): Hosted by group winner. LAFC will host its respective round of 32 match

MLS vs MLS (round of 16 through final): Hosted by the team with a higher 2022 Supporters' Shield ranking.

Liga MX vs Liga MX (group stage): Hosted by the lone MLS team in their corresponding group.

Liga MX vs Liga MX (knockout round): MLS venue selected by the Leagues Cup organizing committee.

It hasn't been bad necessarily, but I sure hope it isn't. Not a fan of having to dish out $80 to watch games plus the AppleTV monthly subscription.

I think you can pay $99 and not have an Apple TV Subscription
