Got the studs up and about to close in walls. What do I need to spray to prevent termites? The untreated wood part

Did you pretreat before they poured the slab?

Nothing to spray until you finish up.

If you want to get real fancy, they have some in-wall spray distribution systems. Never seen anybody install them though.

You can spray the exposed studwork and such with Tim-bor. You will find it at domyown.com or locally. I suggest adding a marker dye to mark where you’ve treated.

I applied about 20lbs of boric acid on all exterior walls after they closed sheeted it.

Just walked along and dumped.

I probably have 1-2 inches between every single stud, around all drains, and so on.

During construction, we had massive rainfall and everyone around us was having crazy ant issues.

They got inside obviously, buy they all died.

I soaked the studs inside and the slab outside, weekly, until they closed it in. When they did, I soaked the slab inside and out.

If a big ever does manage to get in the walls, it's dead.

I keep a 6ft perimeter sprayed monthly around the entire house.
