It's an extremely advanced chat bot. I use it to help learn skills and gain knowledge in some areas that I want to improve in.

One scientist who works with AI has started using Please and Thank you with all exchanges.. he wants to be on the list of "good people".
What does it say when the people who work with these things are afraid of them?

This honestly just sounds like clever marketing on Microsoft's part. Nothing more.
The model is most likely incredibly simplistic. The computers are just processing a boatload of data

The real danger is an AI programming itself to evolve which can take place at trillions of iterations a second.
