The first three episodes of Southern Hoops airing on SEC Network have been horrible
It's all about how bad the racism was and about Title IX issues.
They've covered Pettit, Pistol and Dale Brown in the first three episodes. Still a lot of people think Rupp's name will eventually be removed from UK arena.

The root of all of this is that Brando, Collis, et al are old-school, male chauvinist pigs. Women's basketball is beneath them. And on top of that, they are buddies with Dale--thus the over-the-top reaction to the whole thing.
Bottom line is that I really do think the Board fricked this whole thing up, but to hear these blowhards like Brando and Vitale call it a "national embarrassment" is such hyperbole. Literally only a handful of people really care about this.
Brando thinks ESPN should have picked up the story. Why would ESPN think anyone outside of Brando and his "old boys club" would be interested?

Tim Brando complaining about politics being involved to get Gunter’s name added to the court is funny, because, if the roles were reversed, he would be applauding the effort to get Dale’s name added to Sue Gunter Court.
