There's a couple of monikers I'd adopt. Might make a good softball team name.

If I felt guilty about how Ive treated black people I'd get bent out of shape. But I'm good.

These students have a great opportunity to get a good education and work hard, but they are spending their time sitting around coming up with racial slurs for white people.

A big part of the problem are the institutions that foster a culture where this stuff is allowed to happen.

I'm fine with it. Its a game for weak people, they need a scapegoat.

Just be glad that you as an individual don't need a tribe that has to debase others to elevate themselves.

Has anyone asked why Auburn has a BLACK Student Union?

I mean, these people fought for 100+ years to be integrated, and now that they’ve achieved it, they want Plessy v Ferguson reinstated?

Trannies and black folks apparently need safe spaces away from straight whitey to succeed.

I didn't insult your sugar momma. Evidently she has some reason for you hanging around, like a little mascot.

Some of this isn’t wrong. People look for shite that doesn’t matter just to be pissed about. None of this shite matters.

Except the American left would flip the frick out had a white person compiled a list of black monikers

Your argument is with them, no one really seems upset over the names these black kids are using..

It doesn't but it's the double standard that plenty don't want to acknowledge.

If the lsu white student union listed a list of racial terms like this, the campus would be burned to the ground.

The black student unions started in the 60s when black students weren't exactly welcome in other campus organizations.

Sort of like how the National Medical Association and National Bar Association came about because blacks were not allowed to join the American Medical Association and American Bar Association.

Many ask why they continue to exist now that they can join the other orgs. Probably because once you start a club and get it going, momentum keeps it going, and the members don't have to worry about being minority status in the other orgs. Their existence does not bother me.

As long as youre fine with exclusive white student unions.

I'll tell you straight up, it would be found to be illegal.

Are we sure these are college-aged students creating these lame racial slurs toward white people? Seems pretty juvenile to me...but then again.
Goes to prove, a mind is a terrible thing to waste!

I get this, but since now, the pendulum has swung the other way, and universities are allowing blatant racism in the other direction, what will the result be? Will it cause the opposite reaction among white students? It seems to be a cycle that is not conducive to what the ultimate goal is supposed to be - racial harmony and an institution where all students are treated equally regardless of race or other characteristics that people cannot change. This back and forth, discrimination seesaw, is not helping. Even you have to admit that race relations are not improving over the past few years.

I reiterate my comments at the start of the thread…

I’m not upset at any of these names. I’m more disgusted / disappointed that they apparently put no effort in at all.

I think the term is “do wrong, right.”

Also, if the purpose of these organizations (Black Student Union, etc.) was to help Black students succeed in education (or medicine with the NMA), how does posting lists of slurs toward White people help further this?

Yeah, they could do a hell of a lot better. Only a couple were worthy.

You would think a safe space away from whitey would let the creativity flow. I guess not.
