Your kids fricking stink.

I live in a diverse neighborhood, I notice it across all races. White, Black, Mexican.

A kid comes over today after school and they play minecraft for an hour (weather) and I have to open the windows.

At what point, age, can I call a kid out, and say "You fricking stink, go home and take a shower and then come back."

My cousin teaches 6th grade and she keeps a kit full of personal care products in her desk for any kid that needs it. Some of them don't get much guidance at home about that sort of thing.

Politely axe them if they shower regularly

That’s the prime demographic for Axe Body Spray.

they're probably nose-blind to it and maybe their parents don't know any better and are similarly oblivious

talk to your son about how to gently/playfully bring it up the same way you'd want your kid to be told

It's not just the boys. The girls, pre-puberty, are also rank. Once they mature they become meticulous about not stinking, but the ones in elementary are just as nasty.

Is this a thing, really? We had some stinkers in my day, but they were few and far between.

Don't smell'um, learn'um. - Ghetto Mom to a teacher who complained about her son's body odor.

My son is 8 and we recently started using deodorant on him out of desperate need.

some do

My girls think it’s their sisterly duty to inform their brothers when they need a bath

And the boys try to come back with the ‘you stink, too’ but it’s not true
