I agree and don't like it at all.
I smoke daily and sometimes quite a lot...but I only smoke on my front porch (I live in the country and don't have neighbors).

There is a rental house a block away and those kids think they're sly when they smoke weed b/c they do it on a porch, but I can smell it when I walk my dogs.
Nothing tops the utter champions who show up to criminal court smelling like complete fricking weed and they're there for felony drug charges.
