I did not SAY that he ran the stop light or a stop sign at THIS intersection. It seems more likely that SOMETHING happened earlier and offscreen for THIS security camera.

Again, you think the motorist just "saw Whitey," lost control and flew into a murderous rage at the mere sight of skintones low in melanin. I see that as unlikely.
