Best Tribute Bands/Performers

I recently came across an amazing Beatles tribute band called The Analogues who do spot-on recreations of Beatles albums that normally couldn't be played in concert, and they don't dress up like the Beatles.
Ever since, my YouTube video recommendations have been loaded with other really good tribute acts:
Led Zepagain (with guitarist Mr Jimmy Sakurai)
Brit Floyd
Marc Martel singing Freddie Mercury
Rob Lamberti singing George Michael
Got any others?

Just looked them up. Not bad at all. Both bands seem to capture the spirit of the originals. I wish both lead singers sounded more like Plant and Petty tho.

There was an early 80's Vegas impressionist named Bob Anderson who did various (amazing) singing impressions of Tom Jones, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr, Mel Torme, Elvis, Frank Sinatra, etc. Bob was talented enough, he could've been a famous singer, in his own right.
Anyway, he is old enough now to play Old Frank Sinatra and did a special tribute with some clever make-up, wig and a tuxedo. People who attended had to leave feeling like they got to see Frank once again.

YYNOT especially with the recent addition of Patty Pershayla on vocals does fantastic Rush covers.

Wow, that's a good freakin' band. Anthem rocked. And Patty pulls off Geddy circa '76 admirably. He practically sounded like a girl rocker anyway in those days.

Rain
Funny thing is, I just bought tickets to Rain (Beatles Tribute) last night for their upcoming show at the Saenger Theater in May.
While I think European tribute band, The Analogues, are better technically at covering The Beatles, Rain from the videos I've seen, seems to put on an all-around hell of a show with the costumes, stages and performances. I'm looking forward to it.

this right here. Saw them in Biloxi last year, they put on a great show. The "Paul" of the group is really good.

Mr. Speed (Kiss)
Yeah, they seem pretty good. After watching that, I saw there are videos of a female tribute band called Priss and a tribute band with little people called Mini Kiss.

The Atomic Punks in Hollywood, specifically the early to mid 2000s with Ralph Saenz and Russ Parrish before they left to form Steel Panther.

Just skimmed through a few of those. Damn, they were legit. Sounded just like DLR & EVH.

Looked them up and watched When The Levee Breaks. Those girls are badass.

Zoso was around when I was in college, so that's some nostalgia.
Petty Theft plays a St. Paddy's Day party I attended, and I don't know if it was the Guinness beer or my love of TPH, but it was one helluva good time.

Seconded for YYNOT. They are very good.
Also, saw Fan Halen in Vegas. Actually better DLR than the real DLR.

the best tribute band I ever saw was a band called The Back Doors. A tribute band from PA that toured all over the country in the 80's and 90's. They were fricking incredible. Saw them at Rockfellers in Houston. Show opened with a casket on stage and the other band members jamming. Casket lid pops open and a hand rises up with a beer in it - lead singer pops the beer and downs it and they start the song. Lead singer was freaking Jim Morrison clone. There is an old youtube video of them with poor sound quality. One of the people who introduces the band is Jim Morrison's sister who flew out from California to catch their show.
