No, they couldn't have. The only negotiation that Putin can accept is complete surrender. Everyone has fallen for the bullshite lines of:

"Putin is there to expose the corruption"
"Putin is exposing the biological warfare facilities.".
"Putin is fighting the globo-homo agenda."
"Putin is standing up against the Great Reset.".

All of those are bullshite. Putin is expanding to the geographical barriers that protect Russia from Western Europe, which are the Polish plains and the Bessarabian Gap. He doesn't give a shite about anything else. This isn't a war of ideology. It's a war of simple geography.

He also is in full observance of the entirety of well known doctrine that Ukraine involvement by NATO/USA/West HAS BEEN FOR DECADES the well known line beyond which the west can not violate.

USA and their installed Khazarian coup smashed that line of demarcation to pieces. THAT is the simple truth.

Wow I didnt realize we had Henry Kissinger on the site. So tell us the details of why you did not negotiate, we would love to hear.

It has been widely reported that they were well into negotiations when the west nixed it by sweetening the pot with another 100 billion to zingleberry.
