Ukraine isn't going to quit. When I first went to Ukraine in 1990 there were guys wearing their UPA uniforms from the 40's and 50's, the hate of Russia is sincere in the native Ukrainian regions. They also today understand the difference between freedom in the west and Russian domination very clearly.
An Army with no morale quits before one with strong morale.

Unless...One side OR the other get too impatient or desperate, transitioning directly into a battle waged with un-"Conventional" weaponry (EMP/EMF/"Star Wars" variety) to force the issue.
