So many things wrong with this Pelicans team, but its clear they're still a couple years away from truly contending because their role players are far too young and have not optimized their roles like saavy vets have.
1. TM3 needs to learn how to move off ball, even though his PG is tunnel visioning
2. Herb needs to rework his shot because its brick city
3. Alvarado needs to stop telegraphing his passes
4. Naji needs to learn when and when not to attack the rim causing horrid turnovers.
Graham + Hayes need to move, Kira needs more minutes IMHO.
Scary part is, as that occurs..the 3 "ready" vets: Nance, CJ, and JV will just wear down and we'll be back to square 1.
