So I say this somewhat tongue and cheek knowing that while many of these things likely do have positive benefits in them, most of us who are big into fitness are often ripe for the placebo effect and for over-exaggerating the benefits of certain activities. What are the different health / wellness activities or procedures that you swear by the most?

The main two for me are absolutely cryotherapy and dry needling. I love each of them and would do each of them on a daily basis if I could. For me, they make me feel like a pseudo-superhero.

What are some that y’all are adamant about?

Holding my thumb in my palm while the dental hygienist works in my mouth so I don't gag like a big pussy

Can something really have a placebo affect if you know it’s a placebo?
