I would absolutely support the DP being on the table for repeat offenders.

Uh oh Roger you got in the grill of a pedophile protector. Better be glad you're not a child.

Roger, you got up in my grill, arguing that child molesters will re-offend, when I had stated (several times) that they have a high rate of recidivism. It is readily-apparent that you did not understand the terminology.
That may be the dumbest thing you've ever said. You absolutely are a social retard. I said nothing remotely close to "Not understanding recidivism."
In fact, the fricking DP is to address the recidivism rates of child rapists. The current system isn't working very well.

So you moved the goalposts from molesters being safe to it's more cost effective

You did not SAY "Roger is illiterate." You DEMONSTRATED it.

Going to need to build some prisons if all pedos are locked up for life.
He also said pedos were victims.

Negative. We were discussing pedophiles being put in Genpop and it scared Hank. He absolutely meant they would be safer from other prisoners but I'm going to guess he will jump all over the life preserver you just tossed him

Youre just projecting your autism.
Death prevents recidivism.

Hank beleives that means you don't understand what recidivism means.

In Min security, they may also get work release.

His concern in this case is the offender.

And I'm sure Hank will support them working at daycares due to all the what ifs and but maybes in the world.

Nah, he thinks that will be cruelty to the offenders, the temptation would be too much.
Need to protect offender.

SOS and Roger struggle with following more than one line of inquiry.
Segregating child molesters from GenPop in a high-security prison is one way of assuring that the State (prohibited from "de jure" execution by SCOTUS) is not guilty of a "de facto" execution, technically performed by other inmates. I submit that moral government should not facilitate that sort of "de facto" execution ... or even the prisoner-on-prisoner beatings that are far more common.
If we acknowledge that administrative segregation (to prevent an extra-judicial execution) is the moral obligation of the State, the very NATURE of this class of offender demonstrates that he can safely be housed in a low- or medium-security facility.
What the troglodytes seem to have trouble grasping is that NONE of this analysis turns upon any sort of "sympathy" for the child molester (or his comfort), but instead turns upon the moral/ethical obligations of a just government.

Stfu groomer. You literally posted that pedophiles are victims. Now that is called sympathy for child molesters. Your words not mine.

I called it. Straight to the life preserver.

Why low security?

It seems you are a bullshitter.
Know how to cure a pedo?
Kill his arse.

Aggiehank has already stated that he could make an argument that pedophiles are victims.
