problem is that the death penalty really means endless appeals. Limit it to one or maybe two, then call it a day.

People don't want to hear this, but there is a higher rate of false and wrongful convictions for child sex crimes than any other type of crime. I've seen vengeful women in domestic litigation falsely accuse men left and right to try and get sole custody and more child support. This is a bad idea imo.
