If you don't like them, it's almost certain they don't like you. That being said, anything less than 6 months and I think you're doing yourself and your employer a disservice, unless you're seeing some type of criminal behavior.

All depends on the market conditions, your relationship with others in industry. If the job market is hot and places you have a relationship have an opening or will and make one then I’d jump as soon as I bring up the red flag and it’s ignored.

In my experiences it usually takes about six months before someone gets a decent handle on a new position.

I've also learned that if the company itself is good but a manager/team sucks, it will last around a year (after being given enough rope to hang itself) before someone with authority (ie: the person whose bonuses are impacted by their performance) steps in.

So I would say to give it a solid 6-12 months.

At a previous engagement, there was a new hire that left for lunch on his first day and never came back. His answer would be 0.5 days.
