Saw this coming after the defeat vs West Ham. I think they are going to end up going down, although I could see them making a push to stay up. Think it all comes down to Calvert-Lewin staying healthy.

Ultimately it won't matter without complete turnover of the board and ownership and the relics hanging about the club

But probably had to happen. I like FL, was hoping he could settle in for slow growth. Certainly not all (or mostly) his fault, but he got in his own way, too.

Apparently bookies have Bielsa as the favorite to replace Frank.

Bizarre choice. A system manager coming into a new team is not the way to keep a club from the drop. Also, he was fired from his last job for being unable to keep Leeds up.

We don't have the players and those we do have don't have the fitness

Would be an entertaining but ill-advised choice

Exactly, I don't see how the current squad fits into his system. I guess S could elaborate more on that, since I only know a little bit about how he sets his teams up.

If Everton stay up, I could see this being a hiring with potential if it was done in June. But without a window to get his players in I feel like it would be extremely risky.

Baines, Dyche, or Dunk is who my money is on.

He flirted with the Bournemouth job mostly because of the world cup break. You need a good preseason for Bielsa to get the players fit and used to the man marking and patterns of play.

Hire me cowards. Gonna run Fabio Capello's 9-1 formation.

Always thought Frank was an odd fit there. He’s not done much to deserve two PL jobs, he’s more of a Championship manager.

In today's 'Everton that' news...

Bobble says Everton had his kit out to train today but his agent had not submitted paperwork to the FA... smh

Between breaking Gomes ankle, buying Richarlison, and now hijacking Danjuma loan... Everton fans must really not like Spurs.
