I don't know what to think of this.
there were a few games at the beginning of the season where i thought they had something going in the run game. I mean hell there were 2 weeks in a row that they went over 200 yards. It was against two playoff teams (Seattle, Cincinnati).
it took them long enough to start playing Shaheed more. And then look what happens when you gave the man more chances.
I thought the passing game sucked because the pass protection was subpar. Couple that with 9 different players playing in the lineup during the season. And of course, Andy Dalton has no mobility and takes sacks like he's doing it for charity. I think injuries on the O-line were the biggest issue for the offense this year.
To be fair this also the second season in a row where the O-line has had no consistency to it health wise. Our offense was worse last year but also dealt with more challenges.
like I said, I don't really know whAT to think about this.
