Apparently that's the talk, according to Cowherd.

Brady apparently hated the offesnive staff this year and said everything was run too loose and too sloppy by Leftwich, and so the Glazer family canned Leftwich in hopes of retaining Brady.

Now, Brady will basically have his pick of OC (if he stays) and they are trying to sell family proximity (Giselle and kids in Miami) and that his OLine will be healthy next year and that he can input on the OC and offensive personell this offseson.

No mention, however, of replacing Bowles... Which is a scary concept if you're Brady and this is likely your last year... And your favorite coach ever is in Vegas with a loaded offensive roster, Taylor made for your skillet... And Tampa is not.

Who are they going to hire there? Bill O'Brien??

But if I’m Tampa, am I going head over heels turning over your staff for a guy that’ll be there for 1 year?

that sure worked out well

Everything was too loose? That's on Todd Bowles being a lame duck. He is the main problem. Dude has the charisma of a rock. Idiot just stands there looking like a dumbass. I really don't know what teams are thinking giving HC jobs to retreads. Allen, Bowles, McDaniels all disasters.

I don’t think their struggles can all be blamed on the coaching staff. Tampa lost 3 starting d-linemen before the season started. Brady benefited from having consistently one of the best o-lines year-in and year-out in New England. A patchwork o-line does no offense favors. Just look at the Saints.

Leftwich is a Scapegoat.

Tom Brady had an impossibly amazing run of skill and glory. But how old is the guy now? Gonna be 48 yo? The divorce obviously broke him in 2022. The FTX scandal (for his part / loss of $$$) also didn't help. And maybe he is finally feeling aches and pains.

Brady didn't look like "Brady"...AT ALL.

2022: Totally un-Focused. The usual swag was long-gone his teammate fed off was AWOL. Sulking half the time, head down. Brady's Body Language was turrible. (and you know it affected the entire team's performance -- including the Coaching Staff.)

For once can somebody just say it? TOM BRADY HAS LOST IT.

Part of the "Magic" and aura of Tom Brady has always been his confidence and ability to inspire his teammates above and beyond to "Believe!" HE FAILED THIS YEAR. TB12's MOJO...IS GONE. There's no getting it back. It's time for the man needs to leave the game -- before he gets hurt.

The biggest argument for Tampa is probably scheduling. The Bucs play in the easiest division (NFC South) and next year the second easiest division (AFC South) rotates onto their schedule. They also play the Bears and Lions at home. Of course things can change rapidly in the NFL from season to season but that is 12 games versus some serious inemptitude above.

In contrast the Raiders will play: Chiefs (twice), Chargers (twice), Patriots, Jets, Packers, Vikings, Steelers, Giants, Dolphins, Bills. That's 12 very losable games for a 46 year old QB in a new environment.

He should call his own plays.

Coordinators always go first when the owner gives the HC an ultimatum. HC will be gone after next year.

Tampa is more than an OC away. Old/bad roster with few young talent and little draft compensation.
