The ratio of successful weed smokers to unsuccessful has got to be massively weighted towards unsuccessful.

And you'd be wrong.

I mentioned this in another thread, but it's amazing how our government's propaganda war against weed was very effective. I think the campaign against weed was in the 40s or 50s, maybe 60s. Regardless, the same talking points that were heard in those videos are still being repeated by people today. And usually the people who spout it have never tried weed.

"Weed makes people lazy"
"Weed makes people criminal" etc etc

It was all bullshite, but apparently very effective.

This country fricked up with its prohibition on weed, just as it did with alcohol back in the day.

Eta - this bored would be surprised how many people go through their day with using some form of thc. It's a lot more than you think and many are highly successful people.

Research shows that intelligent people often experiment with and use drugs at higher than normal rates, and intelligent people are often successful at higher than average rates.
