I have YouTube TV and the price isn’t bad and I love that I get the local channels. However, the interface sucks, especially coming from Dish. Is there another streaming service that offers local channels but with an easier/better interface?

I had Hulu for years and it always had buffering issues. I switched to YouTube and it’s been buffer free.

Had Hulu w/ Live TV for a while, but after they jacked the price up over $65 it became kind of pointless. Also they don't have regional sports networks.

Switched to DirecTV stream in order the get regional sports. It's the only stream option that has them. It is expensive and the app sucks.

Not sure what we'll do next.

Get an HD antenna. Newer TVs come with their own version of live TV (Samsung plus, etc.) It's free and better than any streaming or paid service.

I have Youtube TV and think it's fine. Interested in what you think is wrong with it.

FuboTV just had a huge price hike. Almost $100/month for what I had been getting for $65. Went back to YouTube TV and I can say the YTTV is much faster plus offers 4K when available. All of the streaming services have interfaces which are slower and a little clunkier than cable, but that’s just the nature of the game. It’s a little slower to jump around channels and you may have to press an extra button, but that’s the trade off.

I can only speak on Hulu Live because that is all that I have ever tried. They need to do something about their live TV interface to browse channels. It is very laggy, and there is no saving "favorite" channels, so you have to browse through the entire channel lineup to go to other stations.

So my gripes with Hulu: Menu Lag, and Price.

When I started using Hulu years back. It was $40 for live TV. Now we are approaching $80. With that said, they have added tons of content, and stations. And I now get D+ with it.

I have tried to go back to just regular Hulu, BUT, you don't get all of the content. I thought it would be just losing the live TV capabilities, but it removes a shitload of access to full series of good shows, some even removed completely. For instance, if you decide to binge watch and entire series, with Live TV package you get all the seasons, but if you switch to just streaming, only a couple of the more recent seasons will be accessible. And since my wife watches a bunch of weird womanly shows, we are almost forced to keep the Live TV package to be able watch most of them.
