Do you think swapping a glass of orange juice for Pepsi once a week at McDonald's will make any difference in a child's health? This move by these government losers is asinine.

Your not... Just enforce the laws on the books now. You know, like stop murdering and car jacking... But hey, no more Cokes with your meal...

Fruit juice is just sugary, fruity water, but the extras in there do some good. Vitamins, minerals. Some "juices" slip in some extra nastiness, but overall much better health choice, even though sugar/calories might be comparable.

Outlaw XBoxes and iPhones and see how fast the kids slim down.

How could any one rationally see this law then see the ACTUAL f’ing crime down there and think…yep, this is wise.

Is this about control or fat arse kids?

I’m against a government mandate on this, but parents who let their kids drink sodas on the regular are just trashy. Might as well give them a cig too.

No they’re not, fatty. Absolutely zero vitamins or nutritional value in soda.

This is awesome. They’ll raise a generation of Heathy car carjackers and window smashers.

It was dying in the 50s and they got together in Florida and created an ad blitz that convinced moms that kid drinking huge amounts of sugar water was good for them. It's not. Full stop. The differences between juice and soda are quite negligible.

Maybe you should drink some water, fatty.

I like it. Hopefully these kids shed a few pounds and it makes it easier on them to dodge bullets or exit a carjacked vehicle faster.

No - that’s per 12oz serving. Assuming the sugar content is linear rather than exponentially increasing per ounce, that is 3.25 grams per oz - 26 per 8oz serving to keep consistent with an 8oz juice box of apple juice.

Yeah, because those are really equal things.

You are right. I transposed 12oz and 8 pack. Apple juice would still be a kid friendlier drink namely because there’s no caffeine. Of course fresh squeezed or natural juice >>> both options
