Les Miles makes Gerry Dinardo look like Einstein.

Face it...Les Miles could frick up a wet dream. The man is an idiot. A monkey could've succeeded with the amount of talent Saban left in the cupboard for Miles. Yes, you won a NC under Miles, but again...with SABANS PLAYERS. And losing two games last year with the talent you had was inexcusable. Losing those two games with that much talent is like botching a train wreck. And yes, we realize Miles is 3-0 against Bama, but do you REALLY consider those quality wins? You beat a Bama team that was already beat up by NCAA sanctions. You beat a Bama team that pretty much everyone else beat to. And your win over us last year was a joke. It was Sabans first, and with Mike Shulas players and you still couldnt seal the deal until late in the game when the fumble gods helped you out.

Nevermind the fact that the mans got no class. Just look at how he treated LA blue chipper, Luther Davis, who signed with Bama instead of LSU.

When Davis told Miles he was going to Alabama, Miles called him names and said he was only going to Alabama because "The Devil" has come back to college football. Notice how theres a gradual decline each year in Baton Rouge since Saban left? You may not admit it, but you know its true, and that truth will be even more clear after Bama rips LSU a new one tomorrow afternoon.

Saban is winning with Schula's players. See the same lame argument can be made both ways. You are stupid.

Well, you must admit that he was somewhat of a "traitor." If he commits (to his state's school) and then goes with his mom on a secret trip and then decommits and commits to Bama. What would you call that?

And no, I'm not saying the kid is wrong for making that decision or changing his mind. Just wondering what else would you call it.

Also, there was a decline in the average number of loses per season since Saban left, not too drastic of a change, but not a gradual change either. Went from an average of 3.2 a year to just 2 a year. So, you're somewhat correct in your assessment.

Edit: And I guess you can add a lower number (higher ranking) in the final polls too.

You realized Saban lost the Capital One Bowl on a fukkin' fake blitz. What the hell is that? You know Iowa is going to throw a Hail Mary, so you scoot your safeties near the line step up at the snap and then retreat to the back. IMO that call is way worse than any time out Les has ever called.

BTW: Les made that mistake ONCE! Nick's last year at LSU was with ALL of HIS OWN PLAYERS. Care to find out what our record was that season.

Flame on, Gump!

i just kinda skimmed over his post and missed this. that is awesome.

lets see...

since saban left, we have gone

11-2 (SEC West Champs)
11-2
12-2 (SEC and BCS Champs)

yup right down the tubes.

what happened when saban was here?

8-4
10-3
8-5
13-1
9-3

you are right. we were so much better then. we had one great season. the rest were worse than this "bad" season we are having right now.

2004(Saban): lost 3 games, lost capitol one bowl on bad coaching decisions, got blown out at georgia, bad coaching decisions cost us at auburn

2005: Peach Bowl, SECCG, won the west, top 5 finish, overcame a ton after Katrina, beat top 10 team 40-3

2006: top 5 finish, BCS game, blowout Sugar Bowl victory, beat 2 top 8 teams on the road and played possibly the hardest schedule in NCAA history.

2007: #1 finish, BCS game, National Championship game, National Championship, SEC West won, SEC Champions, murdered the #1 team in the country in the game, three consecutive 10+ win seasons

thats a gradual decline?
