Do you mind sharing the HOA and other fees?

Bought place on the Jourdan five years ago...best decision i've ever made real estate-wise.

On the East end of the MS coast unlimited areas to salt or freshwater boat and fish. Can go out to the islands, fish the coastline marsh or inland Pascagoula River system.

The influx of people that have moved here in the last ten years is ridiculous
The population hasn't changed much in the last 10 years at all. And after all it's still Mississippi. Trust me I know most of you do not know what the word travel means, but the MS Gulf Coast/OS is not as nice as you people think it is

Jourdan River.
If you want a place upriver, there’s Jourdan River Shores. Plenty other places to get homes along the river. Great for skiing/waverunners, scenic for boating. Pretty good fishing around the mouth of the river and the Bay, and an easy run from there to Cat Island, Ship Island, etc. My parents have lived there for 30+ years.

WRONG!
Absolutely. I am looking to get back into vacation condos as I had previously did this in OB. The MS Coast seems to be an area with a lot of upside and economical. Check out [link=(www.airdna.com)]Airdna[/link] to look at Air BnB's statistics on rentals.

I know Florida has also seen a large influx of people who have moved there in the last few years.
I’m wondering if the North Carolina, South Carolina and coastal areas of Georgia have also seen a large increase in people moving there.

Many folks from the Northeast started looking to those locations years ago instead of Florida. Just look at Myrtle Beach for example, or really the whole strip from Savannah to the Outer Banks.

inland Pascagoula River system.
The subspecies Gulf Sturgeon use it as their nursery and then adults go out into the Sound and near Gulf for the Summers.
