Fixing paint blemishes on vehicle

I have a vehicle I’d like to keep for many years to come, but it’s got a few minor scratches on the body. Guessing a full paint job or wrap would be cost prohibitive. Are there any after market products that actually do a good job to mask blemishes? Can obviously just live with it but would like to understand my options for fixing it too.

A good cleaning wax will remove some minor mishaps.

The dealerships have guys who touch up and do an amazing job. I redid the entire chipped up bumper & hood for a few hundred bucks and it is flawless.
Find out who they are. Check with an auto paint supplier and will likely know somebody.

A good cleaning, paint prep and paint correction is the right place to start. You can either find a reputable detailer, or with some research and effort, DIY.
It really isn't rocket science and once you figure out how aggressive you need to polish, do the polish (or have a pro do it for you) and see where that takes you. A ton of good resources for learning out there and I would suggest wwww.obsessedgarage.com as one that has a wealth of information. Just finished a once-a-year minor paint correction on my wife's car today using an all in one polish and sealant product with a DA polisher.

Minor scratches will come out from the normal cleaning and waxing process.
Even pretty bad scratches can be detailed out. You can find a bunch of videos on YouTube.
Just takes time and patience.

How deep are the scratches? Do they catch your fingernail if you rub over them?

Use a DA polisher and some polish

Touch up paint pens work pretty well. just be sure to also apply some primer if its a deep enough scratch

I have scratches all over my car, a 2009, and it’s liberating. We’re all crazy careful with where we park the wife’s ride…mine, frick it…anywhere.

As others have said there are touch up guys that dealerships use.
You can also do a pretty good job yourself with touch up paint and some youtube videos. You'll need to spend a little money on supplies like very fine grit wet sandpaper and some different grades of rubbing/polishing compounds.
