Very true.

All of us, in some way or another, have experienced loss, heartbreak, or trauma, and we are still here, fighting to make it through another day. But we are here, just like you are, and you will get through this.

And I'm sorry for your loss. I can't imagine what that is like, but I know that you will be okay. Maybe not today, tomorrow, next month, or year. But you will. You and your kids have more life to live and create new memories together. These memories will never replace what you and your wife did with them, nor should they, but you, as their father, still have work to do.
