I’m going to Bourgeois Meat to get some smoked,fresh, and garlic sausage for gumbo and beans. Also andouille and tasso.
This sausage in the supermarkets taste like hot dog to me. Puréed meat, corn syrup and liquid smoke I need some of the real stuff.
