Pretty much. The GOP is going to have to become the Elon Musk to politics as he is to social media. Everything was hunky-dory with social media, unless you leaned right, until Musk bought and starting running the company like the original owners were running it with their censuring of members. Those owners are now crying foul. It gives me a good laugh to see the tears and fears now coming from the left.

You need to take responsibility for being a Trump cultist.

Elon Musk is a rich man who bought one company.

The money that is controlling the ideological push of politics in this country dwarves Musk and they have zero interest in preserving a nationalistic model that empowers a middle class, leaves decisions to the will of voters and promotes austerity and America-first trade. They want a low paid, largely powerless and poorly educated laborer/consumer populace and they're making very fast strides in making that happen.

There will be no push back from money, least of all Elon Musk, who is basically just having a lark with Twitter.

I have serious doubts as to whether there are enough America First voters/ballots out there to defeat the growing number of Americans who want government dependency.

You're a joke.

You actually care about what Democrats think.

A conservative would never vote for TPP.

But a globalist would.

Nope. They "win" just enough to make The Game appear plausibly legit.

Republicans have long been casts as the political Washington Generals. The Dems are the designated Harlem Globetrotters.

It's crystal clear the entire voting/"Representation" process is a charade AND rigged to the gills.

When GOP "leadership" immediately refused to support the President(R) and common sense MAGA agenda, the system was busted cold.

GOP so-called "leadership" actively, routinely AND OPENLY sabotages their own (too conservative, honest) candidates and conservative agenda.

GOP so-called "leadership" openly supports and conspires with Criminal Democrat Admins and agendas that are actively demolishing and killing America.

Now that we've all diagnosed the illness, is there an antidote that prevents the patient from certain imminent death?

DeSantis established Florida’s first Chief Resiliency Office to tackle climate change. His first appointee was Julia Nesheiwat, a member of both the World Economic Forum, as well as the Council on Foreign Relations. In addition, DeSantis signed climate resilience legislation that was strongly promoted by left-wing insurance lobby Zurich Advocacy and the World Economic Forum. The same organization was happy to announce its presence at DeSantis’ inauguration. For a guy who likes to rail on Davos, passing Davos-inspired legislation and hiring their people raises some eyebrows.

DeSantis is not a foreigner to the good old boys’ club either, having come up through the Ivy Leagues at Yale and Harvard. He was a standout baseball player at Yale, as was our forty-first President George H.W. Bush, whom their field is named after. DeSantis was also a member of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity at Yale, just as notable members George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, and Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh were. For a fraternal organization, that’s an impressive list of notable Republican membership.

I'm not the poster who claimed my candidate is a conservative.

You did.

Unfair trade deals are not conservative.

It's globalism.

What does winning look like to the boomer cons that populate this forum?

You think the left is going to shake your hand, tell you your arguments are superior, and hand over the keys to the GAE as an 80’s pop song plays in the background?

A conservative would not create a special division in the DHS to police disinformation on social media.

"The stepped up counter-disinformation effort began in 2018 following high-profile hacking incidents of U.S. firms, when Congress passed and President Donald Trump signed the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Act, forming a new wing of DHS devoted to protecting critical national infrastructure. An August 2022 report by the DHS Office of Inspector General sketches the rapidly accelerating move toward policing disinformation."

That has NOTHING to do with globalism.

Why do you like propping up shithole countries with my money?
