My wife is from out that way….
It’s a weird deal, the lady was a Vet in Ocean Springs. I’d bet there is going to be some interesting stuff that led to this.

Bro, she was a veterinarian. It’s a little different than a 20 year old gangbanger shooting up the hood. Very wrong what she did, but the circumstances are different. I know it’s the OT, And I know and understand the point you are trying to make, but don’t be too judgmental in this situation.

I’ve read that Vets have a much higher than average suicide rate. Something about loving animals and having to regularly be a part of their deaths I would guess. Just something interesting to me as most people wouldn’t think of Vet as a high risk marker for suicide.

A “gangbanger” shooting up another gangbanger is not right (especially bc innocent people get hit by bullets) but I don’t lose sleep over people living by the sword and dying by it.
I DO, however, lose sleep when police are murdered trying to help innocent children. It’s MURDER.

The only way your this worked up about this particular story at 6AM is because you are personally involved. If you aren’t personally involved then I’m going to suggest your own mental health and wellness checkup.
