We had a dog whose mother was a brown poodle. And the dog looked exactly like a half size Lab - I guarantee the father was mostly Lab. This was about 20 years before Labradoodle became popular. Awesome dog, if I get another dog it will be a Labradoodle, though they look very different from the dog we had.
