He was allowed to make event appearances, travel freely, do interviews - but just before testifying to Congress he finally gets arrested.
Naturally this raises questions.
Not only does it raise questions on its face, it prevents the government from getting him under oath, which would be advantageous for the DOJ in its case. This adds to the suspicion.
Not acknowledging this is more of a disclosure of your bias, not that anyone is engaging in conspiracy thinking.

Im not shocked you don’t understand the significance of going before Congress to testify under oath versus doing sham interviews with MSM outlets or whoever else.
