Thanks for reply. 6:2 185. Healthy, never smoked. Family history with heart problems so I guess it’s my turn. Not looking forward to the pain from getting chest cut open and the bills that come with it. Hopefully can get back to work sooner rather than later.

The bypass should improve things for you, that's why they do it. Take advantage. Pick up a workout hobby (tennis, walking, something) when you are cleared and make the most of it.

Those two things are honestly the worst part. While dad recovered from a cut open chest, mom fought with the hospital and insurance. It's not as scary as you think though, and it's basically a new lease on life. Let me know if you have any other questions and I can ask my dad for you.
