What are the chances they have this cleaned up by morning rush?

A LE scan of a license plate on the interstate more than likely came back with a felony warrant, or a BOLO for a vehicle that was involved in some hoodrat shite earlier in the evening during the license plate scan. The perp knew they were going to jail once the blue lights came on and panicked.

East bound I10 was closed right at the merge of I110 but open after Washington st I passed about 20min ago

It's not. If your coming from the east you are being diverted to 110. The news is saying you can get off at Nicholson.
