That is not a slide-in range (which can be nice). That is a free-standing range, which is not quite as nice.

Also, can we assume you have only solid wood floors in your home? No fiberglass tub in any of your bathrooms? You can nitpick just about any house to death.

This may vary by geographic area, but all upscale homes in BR have slide-in gas ranges. It's preferred.
