What does this graphic mean?

#14 in the CFB rankings

For as good as LSU athletics graphics people have been the past few years they have been terrible this year. They either put stuff with very small font that you have to zoom in on so they can get their clicks up or stuff like this that you can’t read. I had no idea that was a 14 until I dug through the comments. I kept trying to understand what 121 meant.

I thought the ranking was just random plywood cutouts when I first saw it

The font they use for the numbers in those tweets is confusing.

That's a 4? Looks like 21. I thought it was 121.
