Family Guy Spinoff

I just watched last nights Family Guy and Cleveland ended the show saying to Quagmire "Did I tell you I'm getting a Spinoff?" "Cleveland" is set to begin airing in 2009.
Seems like a bad move for Family Guy on Seth McFarlane's part.

He is milking the money machine for the most he can get.
I like a little Cleveland, but not a whole show. I could be wrong. Might be gold, but highly doubtful.

Yeah, I don't think I'm going to like this show much. Apparently Clevelands neighbors consist of a family of talking bears and a redneck family. I just read that in order to make room for Cleveland, Fox has canceled King of the Hill but renewed American Dad which is just awful. I guess that was a move in order to appease McFarlane. Fox's entire Sunday night line up with the exception of The Simpsons will consist of McFarlane shows.

Cleveland is off the show permanently. My guess is that this new show tanks and they make a final show where he gets a divorce and decides to move back to Quahog.

Seth MacFarlane is a whore. He was one of the main drivers of the writers strike for more money while simultaneously endorsing Subway. It must be nice lining your pockets with money at the expense of others. It's the reason why he comes out with so many overpriced bullshite dvds now. It's the reason American Dad is on the air. It's the reason for the new spin-off. He's a pompous jackass.

Yeah, bits and pieces of Cleveland on FG are OK, but a whole half hour show? Starring him? That will be terrible.

a little bit of cleveland is alright, but a whole show dedicated to him and his "antics". This sounds aweful. The episode where he was sleeping Brians girl was alright, and that was almost overkill ("Boom goes the dynamite")
