Said due to OM lack of NIL money and Kiffin’s concern of not being able to compete with landing players/keeping current players.
Believes Kiffin is offered late next week and will accept. Said OM will offer up to $10 million a year but does not expect Kiffin to stay and that Auburns 1/2 is Kiffin/Freeze. Freeze camp also feels as if Kiffin will land the job.

I didn't realize how poor OM is. Their NIL is nonexistent. They are going to have a really hard time hiring and keeping any legitimate coach.

It is behind a paywall on Rebelgrove. Basically Neal has changed his tune on everything over the last 2 weeks. Says if Cohen offers it will be after the egg bowl and at this time he believed Lane would take it because of NIL.
This could be an NIL ploy to get more people in the GC. I don't know but the next 7 days will be interesting for sure.
Lane has to decide if he wants to be at Auburn long term or wants to be a big boy program or NFL long term. Only he can make that choice.

He just corrected that OM and Kiffin had not been in contact with each other.
Also mentioned that this has nothing to do with salary/work environment, and everything to do with NIL.
