My money is on it being another iteration of whatever main account owns Jjbot. He's been pushing hard on the narrative that Trump is 896-1 on endorsements.

Big difference between making endorsements in the primary and being a good team player and campaigning with R's in the general

Normal Republicans endorse other Republicans in the general. Not a big deal.
Endorsing in the primaries matters (Walker, OZ, crazy guy running for giv in PA, etc). It is a given in the general elections.
Being openly against the republican senatorial candidate in Colorado for hurting your feelings is a little less normal. It is ok to STFU sometimes.
