Every time I check this thread for updates, it's that woman talking to herself again. I don't read those posts. I wish she would find some other messageboard on which to play, so we could get back to a decent thread with real sensible updates.

Now here's an actual development worth considering-
The defense is claiming that ZERO DNA of any of the 4 victims was found in Kohberger's apartment, his parent's house or his car.
Given the nature the violent nature of these murders, if this is true, I would be shocked if he didn't get an acquittal.

I don’t think that’s a new development. Lack of DNA isn’t really evidence. Given his education, prosecutors will be like he knew how to prepare for this. Visqueen in car. Coveralls on clothes, etc.
Still doesn’t explain why his DNA was in the sheath of the murder weapon. Why his car was seen on video multiple times in the area the night of the murder. Why his phone was turned off at the time of the murders. Why his phone was in the area multiple times before. Why he was wearing gloves at his parents and throwing his trash in the neighbors. Will be interesting to see what other evidence police have. His internet and social media activity in particular.

How does it create reasinable doubt? Why would their dna need to be in his apt or car? Neither is the crime scene.

The car is definitely an extension of the crime scene, as their theory is that he used it to get to and from the crime.
I don't think that it matters a whole lot that there is no DNA in either location though.

Considering what is alleged of how gruesome and bloody the scene was and to not find any blood, or evidence of cleaning, in the car or in his apartment, absolutely creates some doubt.
Cruising around a campus on a Saturday night in Western Idaho is one of only a handful of things netdy guys can do.

Parents want the house to remaining standing until after the trial
Vs
The previous owner donated the house to the school after the murders. They want it gone before fall semester begins.
I’m going to side with the parents here. That house very well could be used for evidentiary purposes during the trial.
Thoughts?

Personally I'd prefer the firing squad if I had to pick my own execution method.
