No blood in the car? Has this been released or are you just inputting incorrect info to make your case?

And holy f uck, can we stop inferring that Dylan is suspicious since she went back into her room? Once again if this joke of a scenario is possible, why wouldn't she just say she was asleep all night instead of saying she saw him?

Which court papers?

Per court order nothing can be released on search warrants filed after his arrest which included his car, his apartment, and his office.

what "court papers"? the request for discovery by his own attorney is the only document which mentions a co-defendant...and given the fact that he tried to imply there are other people involved ("has anyone else been arrested?") when he was arrested, that could be what he's planning to use to defend himself...

I think he is involved, but I don think he actually committed the murder.. why is there a defendant #2 listed on the court papers?? Why was there no blood in the car? How does the girl (roommate) see him close enough to see his eyebrows and not say he was covered in blood?? Why does she just go back in her room and go to sleep and not call the cops?? Much much more to this case than what is out there… Zero evidence even puts him at the house but one speck of DNA on the knife case.. cellphone data shows him in the area (headed to and away), but never actually at the house…. How is there no dna under any of the victims fingernails, especially the girl who fought with him…. Unless some concrete evidence comes up he beats this…

If you believe any woman will walk out of their room and see a man with at mask on and just go back to bed, you my friend are a retard…

Lady called on a podcast member Daniel J to say that she learned from her daughter that before the police were ever called mid morning, a phone call was made to a sorority house much earlier and some girls showed up, the mom believed they were called to clean up drugs. These sorority girls knew about the murders before the police did. She noted the FBI has contacted her and is looking into the matter.

You're not a dick. I also wasn't reading 161 pages so was waiting for something like the 20/20 episode to catch up on the case.
The Dateline episode was better than the 20/20 episode, IMO

How dare you post something everyone else doesn’t already know, has to be false has to be

he also claimed the knife sheath was found by xana's body and that BK left it intentionally

also, if you can't link documents backing your statements, you're as reliable as he is...

was it found by xana's body? no, it wasn't...his reasoning was that xana and ethan were his targets because they were a couple and that's why he left the sheath there...

That has nothing to do with if it was left intentionally or not..

The podcast member Daniel J said he was allowed on Facebook to verify some details and the people the lady had mentioned. Not saying Bryan didn’t do it, but sure makes a lot more sense as to why it took sooo long for Dylan to call the police. I didn’t post the link only because my wife is already to bed next to our computer.

Way to give yourself an out. I can't see him beating this.

I believe they have the evidence.

Very easy to notice someone's eyebrows, especially with a mask on (they stand out even more) and still not notice anything on their body. These are things young women look for. It stands out. It's a thing.

We will find out, but it doesn't mean she did anything wrong or there is someone else connected. This was still a party house. Sounds like people coming in and out of the house all the time. She could have been uneasy about him, but still not realize how serious it was. She also could have been under the influence of alcohol and unsure of what she saw and/or passed out. Maybe her phone wasn't with her and she was afraid to come out. There are all sorts of explanations. I think if I was afraid without a weapon I might lock myself in as well.

llphone data shows him in the area (headed to and away), but never actually at the house…

Can't wait to hear the reasoning for being in the area around the time of the murder. Especially such odd hours.. and then speeding away after the time of the murder...

I do. She was probably thinking my roommate is hooking up with some serious weird guys now. It’s an after hours party house for the frats. I used to wake up at frat house after a party and walk past half a dozen passed out people before I got to bathroom. Never thought about any of them being a serial killer

You can look up Daniel J’s podcast, I’m not waking my wife up to get on the computer to satisfy you! This will all come out. Defense attorney is going to have a field day with this. He will say Bryan was framed.

It doesn’t matter, they only believe what they see on CNN. If Nancy Grace said it it would be rock solid…
