Needing nutrition help

I am located in the Nashville area and looking for a good nutritionist that can help me with my diet. Bonus points if this person can write me out a meal plan that lists what to eat and when.
For reference, I have always struggled with my nutrition and knowing what to eat and when. I have been actively doing HIIT for the past year and feel like I have plateaued. I feel like this is because of my nutrition and my lack of knowledge. My gym does provide me with use of the Avatar app but they don’t provide me with guidance on what exactly I should be eating.
I am not opposed to following a meal plan that is laid out for me. I honestly think I would do better with using the Avatar app if someone told me what exactly to eat.
Any recommendations? Thanks all in advance for your help!
ETA: I am mostly looking to tone up by gaining more lean muscle mass and losing body fat.

I don’t think you need a nutritionist or dietician with your particular goals. You need to lose body fat (weight) while maintaining or perhaps even gaining some muscle.
What you should be eating is 1g/lb of body weight in protein. If you’re 185 pounds, you want to shoot for around that. You can go lower and be fine (around .75g/lb).
After that, it’s literally just balancing calories in and calories out.
For many people, there are particular diets that work better than others. I, for example, can’t handle a lot of sugar or refined carbs without feeling lethargic and bloated. High fat gives me bad heartburn and insomnia. So I use MyFitnessPal to balance out my macros with foods I know make me feel good.

what do you not understand on the avatar app? do you not know how to meat your macros or count macros? we can give you a sample plan. what does the macros say for avatar?

why dont you start lifting some heavy arse weights and stop chasing the cortisol high that comes from HiiT and things like crossfit?
if you are ready for that, i suggest PPSA Grasshopper or greyskull lp aesthetics template i have in the greyskull thread on here

What part of Mid Tn are you located? I ask because I’m in mid Tn myself. LSU777 will steer you in the right direction.

I know how to count and reach my macros, my struggle is creating an actual meal plan. Call it laziness or just a lack of knowledge. I find myself eating the same things over and over again so I really just want someone to lay it all out for me.
My current macros that were set for me are the following:
Calories: 1600
Protein: 160g (40%)
Fat: 62g (35%)
Carbs: 100g (25%)
My current BMR is around 1200.

Those are tough to hit. How many times are you eating a day and in how long of a window?
I am a picky eater and only eat certain things. So many diets don't work me (it's all about what you eat). I watch a lot of the YouTube fitness people and many of them have great recipes/hacks for hitting your daily goals. It's almost always high protein.
The two main ones I watch are Joey Suggs and Remington James. Lots of great recipes on their channels. Suggs did an air fryer pizza I do 3-4 times a week. Less than 400cal and about 40G of protein. Lots of variety and ways to change it up.

should be really easy to hit

I usually eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack mid morning, protein drink in the afternoon after the gym. I try to drink at least half a gallon of water a day. I usually hit it but being an OR nurse can make it difficult some days. I do appreciate any and all advice you have to offer, LSU777!

not gonna get to this today, sorry. but i will try and have you some samples bu end of the week.
but you should be able to build it pretty easily plugging the numbers in to a calorie counter.

I get the distribution. But is it really simple hitting those macros in 5 meals (3 meals, a snack and a shake)? They are going to be tiny.
Also hitting 160g at 1600cal seems difficult. I look forward to seeing the breakdown.
This is why it's so much more difficult for women..
