Calling Senator Kennedy a clown just shows either your ignorance or bias against anyone a lot smarter than you. He has a law degree....from Virginia I believe & is a Rhodes Scholar. I'll put his IQ up against anyone in Congress, both parties. He's made one "wrong" vote in over several hundred votes, & he was far from the only GOP'er to do so. But the best way to judge him is to look at who his enemies are in the Senate: the liberals hate him.
