Good news is bad news: October jobs had huge gain

Jobs added for October was just announced: 235k
Expectation was 195k. Most of the growth was leisure and hospitality.
LINK
Does this cement a .75 hike later today or edge us closer to a full point?

It shocks me that you still post about markets after your last showing. What a complete moron.

Bro this is fake
Our economy is dead the reason the stock market doesn’t react well to “news” is because they know Brandon is lying
It’s like inflation. Everybody knows real inflation is like 40% a month and then Brandon says “8 percent, better than we expected” and everything tanks
Moral of the story is we live in a banana republic and you’re being lied to

If the FED even hints at a pivot today, the dollar is 100% done.
They MUST stay on course and we must deal with the pain associated with that.

No one has been talking about a pivot, the expectation has become a .75 increase but that was before this huge jobs number and the jump in GDP.

The fact that you think the ADP coming in a few K over estimate might bring a full point rate hike today shows that you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. You don't even know enough to know not to post that stupidity.

Except that's not what I said, it's not even close. I merely asked if it moved us closer to a full point being a possibility.
You probably would have realized that had you not been in such a hurry to ego-stroke yourself.
But then again, that seems to be your natural state.

What’s the workforce participation rate?
Crazy with all of these adds over the last year or so that wpr hasn’t significantly changed.

seasonal jobs
Some is, but correct me if wrong but they strictly look at hires, not individuals. So could be one person already with a job, getting a second due to inflation. Misleading info.
Hence the workforce participation rate.

The wall/foundation company that my company uses just laid off 55 of the 60 employees they had. 5 crews down to one. Home building wise, starts have stopped here almost completely. The trickle effect will be much more noticeable by end of year as these last homes in production finish up. Long winter /spring ahead for my industry.

These are really valuable posts when people pop in and mention what they are seeing on the ground.
Its hard to know how wide spread it is or when it will make it into financial reports, but its solid real-time data.
