I bought in at $110 thinking everyone knew it was a miss and it was baked in. I am screwed.

Oh I thought I was smart today. Look at this winning lineup

AMZN @ $110
GOOGL @ $92
AMD @ $59

Just gonna log out for a while. Maybe next year I'll turn a profit.

The only problematic one right now is AMZN. As for AMD and GOOGL, have you considered selling covered calls? From where you entered and where they are currently, at least on those two, you appear to be in pretty decent shape.

Growth slowing to a halt, pretty crap customer service, and slow shipping.

Of course they are guiding down, competition is killing them in retail.

AWS is basically the business, the rest is a dumpster fire.

Looks like the 'buy the dip' folks are out in full force.

Still no capitulation in the markets. Still fighting the Fed.

You're not wrong. AMZN built capacity and entered contracts with UPS/USPS as if volume would do nothing but increase 20% YoY. Now that the economy is horse shite and disposable income gone, those sunshine and rainbow assumptions are biting them in the arse.

Slow shipping is very heavily influenced by the fact they have to keep 3rd party carriers fed or risk multi billion dollar impacts. Compound that with supply chain issues effecting where in the country your shite is when you order it and of course things are bad. They won't unwind for a while

I don't know enough to pump anything.

I just thought it was common knowledge Q3 was going to be tough across the board for tech and retail. That it was taken into account because the stock saw declines over the past 90 + dropped today.

Longterm I'll be okay at $110 but always nags me I could have waited.

Hard to quantify the value of video when the motivation for prime is intertwined with the core business - is the video a perk because you wanted free shipping or do you get free shipping because you're some weirdo that likes their shitty wheel of time adaptation.

Internally Prime Video finance is a shite show and couldn't tell you themselves
