13 tackles and .5 sack
That’s it. That’s the post.

No surprise there. That's awful

Let Davenport walk. Turner rides out his 4 year deal then see ya.

But muh advanced stats and double teams

I got some advanced stats:
This year they’re good for .16 sack per first round pick

Cam Jordan doesn't scare offenses anymore and davenport is not athletic. He bull-rushes every down. Most plays you have five offensive lineman blocking four.

Davenport is one of the only players on the line that actually gets pressure or makes the qb move.
The d line has been bad this yr

Weird how he just never gets a sack
Strange really

Yes everyone but the saints knew these were bad moves

Saints making Saint moves. Both will end up with 2nd deals.

Let’s not ignore our 2 first round pick guards. Looks like we missed on those too

You do realize davenport was a huge reason why we got those back to back sacks right?
shite on davenport, but the interior DL had shite the bed VS the run and pass rushing this year

Yeah but I bet he has a ton of almost sacks. The board’s favorite stat with Davenport

Davenport’s impact on the game is so profoundly advanced that it simply can’t be captured by modern statistical measures.

It’s almost better when you don’t get the sack and the qb completes the pass
Posted on 10/16/22 at 9:41 pm to Damone
Davenport hasn’t even really had his normal almost sacks this year. He used to pop off the screen. Now it’s super easy to forget he’s even in the game.
Cam Jordan was also silent today. I think I only saw him 1 time and it wasn’t because he made a play.

Davenport is always off balance.
He gets thrown around too much for my liking. Problem is he is by far the best pass rusher on the team.
Cam is elite against the run
The dts have been horrible this yr.

Loomis invested four first-round picks for those two clowns, right?

Marcus Davenport has 4 pass deflections . . . in his career. The guy can do one thing and one thing only - bull rush the man across the line.
Considering when Davenport was drafted in our last Super Bowl window and the compensation we gave up, he will for me go down as one of the biggest draft misses in saints history. Sure Jonathan Sullivan was worse, but he also wasn’t drafted by a team that would be plays away from a super bowl for the next 3 seasons.
Year 5 of his career, 4 career pass deflections.
