Notice how the minister is concerned that the children not wearing makeup too early, but not about them interacting with a drag queen in church.

The minister by far. He’s supposed to be guarding his flock, not bringing in wolves through the front door and endorsing them.
Those children’s parents are worse than him by a lot. Not only should the be keeping their children off the altar, they shouldn’t even be there for the event, and should have done everything in their power to stop it from happening in the first place.
Unsuccessful in that, find a church that’s not heretical.
