Gigem 247 was told something similar earlier this week in that Johnson would be out about a month with his injury. In his absence, Fisher said on Monday that they would get King and frosh Conner Weigman ready to play. King is projected to get the start and Gigem 247 has been told that Weigman is expected to see the field. Fisher praised both quarterbacks for different reasons during the press conference.

Still can't believe they left Max in for another play after he hit his hands and started grabbing and shaking it then threw an eephus to the running back.

They really should just start Weigman. King it absolutely horrible. Max wasn't much better frankly.
