UPenn medical school professor says new 'anti-racism' policies are 'lowering standards and corrupting medicine'

'This focus on diversity means we're going to take someone with a certain skin color because we think they're OK, that they can do the work, but we're not going to look for the best and the brightest.
'We're going to look for people who are just OK to make sure we have the right mixture of ethnic groups in our medical schools.'
She said we have too much science in the curriculum - which meant physicians should be more akin to social workers in their activities, particularly primary care physicians, rather than learning hard science that relates to patient care.'
God have mercy on us, it's already infesting the medical field. So many doctors are quitting or opening boutique/concierge offices, and it can be downright scary to have to deal with what's left out there.

It's our kids and grandkids I worry about after the older, better educated, nonwoke doctors pass and all that's left are these zombies.

Sadly, we've reached the point where there's going to be a real difference in the performance of doctors based on race. On one hand, you'll have white and Asian doctors (especially the male ones) who got there due to merit and on the other, you have "equity" doctors.

I would take a black doctor from Africa over an American black who got an equity appointment.
At least I know the African doctor got to his position because he was the best in his group.
